• Discuss your requirements, needs and answer any questions you have
• Accompany with you on a walk-through of your home and assess the volume of your goods
• Discuss your preferred packing dates and the transit times
• Discuss the complex customs regulations for origin/destination Country
• Discuss the comprehensive Insurance program with various coverage option

• Prepare and send you the tailor-made Relocation Proposal within 2 working days
• Make reservation on your requested packing date on Operations’ calendar
• 24*7 be ready to answer any of your questions in regards to your relocation
